Greece is really out?

sxc.hu_1367886

Uncertainty and tension, that’s what the World is waiting for the next months. Everything is indicating that Greece will be out of the Euro Zone and the consequences are such as the emotions really full of uncertainty.

It seems like this week the Eurogroup decided to warn everybody that they should prepare themselves to the consequences of seeing Greece out of the Eurozone.  The information was denied by Greece, but what everyone says is that soon the country will back to the Drachma era. The austerity measures are being imposed by Europe, mostly Germany, and the left leaders don’t agree with most part of this definitions. The problem today is not anymore if Greece will have problems to pay the debts, but also the other political problems that now the country is involved with. Since 6th of May the partys against the new measures got more space in the Parlament.

The greek population is not happy with this measures and so they elected who they saw as a solution for their anger. The public deficit is bigger, the GDP continues smaller than the debts and it is necessary a reform in the government and in other structural problems, but influencing the population it gets always worst.

In June they will have one election that will be the final oportunity to decide the destiny of the country and the Eurozone. The market will change a lot, the humour of the investors too and the great fear is if the World will get in another recession such as in 2008.

The problems to pay debts and to put in practice everything that Europe is defining are enormous. The default is waited, and the risks are feel and explicit. Nothing is right or decided, but if Greece really goes out from the group… we wait for many things. Really bad things to Europe and the World.
